I concur! I’ve already started trying to apply it to a campaign of my own. I’m not so much of a reluctant cartographer – I love making maps – but I’ve never found a way to use one in wargaming that I found satisfying.
Just checked the blog, great to see some new content! I’m looking forward to reading this article as maps are a key part of my campaign! Maps! I love ‘em and I hate ‘em! I suppose the issue is making them work properly, from campaign/operational level to tabletop tactical level. Will provide some feedback shortly.
