History of Wargaming Project Interview with the Late Stuart Asquith

by Peter R. Barkworth

I’m sure many readers of this blog will have read some of Mr. Asquith’s books, articles or rules. Well, if you would like to hear the man speak, you may watch an interview with him on YouTube which I came across recently:

  1. Thanks for sharing this (and to John Curry for filming this). Haha! Halfway through there is a proper glimpse of the Peter Laing Boudicca chariot that Peter made and presented specially as a thank you to Stuart Asquith. I now own the rest of Stuart’s hand-painted Peter Laing Pictish army and their Roman foes. I never met Stuart but had an email chat with him about these figures and the Wargames Manual. I really like his simple Comfortable Wargames approach.
