Alistair McBeath’s article “A Solo Wargaming Ramble” is the author’s personal recollections of his solo gaming ‘career’ and of resources encountered on the way. Lone Warrior & SWA get a paragraph between pages 28-29 of this four page summary.
Alistair is also active on the SoA Forum (it’s a mix of public and members only website) as Sharur where he did a similar summary back in October 2025, when he included a link to the SWA website.
Hopefully his and others highlighting the broad theme of solo gaming will help promote our enterprise. I have responded to his article on the SoA (Society of Ancients) Forum reminding all how much is on offer at SWA (and in Lone Warrior, past and currently).
